Need better commitment
Submitted By Doug Rogers on Tuesday, November 5, 2019
We are making small improvements as a team every game, but we need to have all players commitment to the full program. This includes practice, skill sessions and Twist dryland.

To get full value out of this rep program and build individual skills and team structure we have to have the player attendance improve. It is clear we had a small pool of players try out and injuries are a factor but for the Cougars to continue we have to have the players out for everything, as they did commit to the team. Practice for example is best when we have lots of players so the drills are more impactful and learning takes place not only for individual skills but team tactics.

Lets get everyone's commitment up and be ready for coming games and a great experience in Kingston in a few weeks.

I would love to hear some feedback, regards Coach Doug
