BJC Policy – Tryout Registration Fees
Burlington Jr Cougars Rep and Burlington Bulldogs MD Tryout Fees: Non-Refundable
All players will be required to attend the joint tryout(s) for Burlington Jr Cougars Rep and Burlington Bulldogs MD. All players will receive a minimum of 3 skate opportunities as teams are being rostered.
Are you missing Tryouts due to injury?
Players who are unable to attend tryouts are still required to register online and pay a Tryout Fee. This Tryout Fee will ensure the player has an opportunity to earn a position on a team. Notification must be emailed to [email protected] accompanied by a Dr. Note. Player MUST provide a further Dr’s Note confirming the player can return to skate and an opportunity will be set up to skate with appropriate team(s).
BJC Policy – Refunds & Release Process
All refunds and/or player release must be requested in writing via email to [email protected] and to your team(s) Head Coach and Manager. Upon receipt of this message, a mutually agreeable meeting will be set up with Directors of the BJC.
As of September 15th - There will be NO Refund/Release Request Meetings granted, unless for medical or residential move(s).
BJC Policy – Player Equipment Package (MSRP)
A $500.00 deductible will be applied to all refunds for the cost of the custom fit jerseys, equipment and apparel that are non-returnable to the Burlington Jr Cougars Hockey Club. Players will keep all such items. Only available prior to September 15th
BJC Policy – Player leaving team after an Acceptance Offer Letter has been signed
Player Tryout Fees are non-refundable.
An Administration Fee will be charged.
Once all Administration Fee(s) and Player Equipment Deductible(s) have been accounted for a monthly “Hockey Cost” will be divided by six (6) months and will be reimbursed for each month following the player’s release from roster. Notification of the release from roster must be submitted to [email protected] in writing and are only applicable for medical or residential move(s).
BJC Policy – Players Ill or Injured During the Season
Player Tryout Fees are non-refundable.
